STUDENT TOURS ONLY: Please choose from the following options: Applications are accepted only with initial payment and required documents found online
Option 1: Set up an installment payment account that will automatically charge your specified credit card the scheduled monthly amount inclusive of your deposit for the Ireland or Washington, D.C./Historic Virginia trips. Finance convenience fee of $100 will be added. D.C. participants’ first payment includes deposit of $150 and initial payment of $450.
Option 2: Pay the entire amount with your credit card in one lump payment. This option will credit $100 that will be returned to your student as spending money during the Ireland trip or to you only upon your student completing the Washington, D.C./Historic Virginia tour, if paid in full by the designated October deadline. See disclosures for details. This option should be used for any “Special Edition” tours that specifically require this form of payment ( Example: October, 2008 tour to Standley Hotel).
Option 3: A check has been used to pay the deposit and you wish to place the total remainder on your credit card with specified equal payments dependent on which trip is selected. This option is especially designed for those who paid the initial deposit ($150 for D.C./H.V. or $250 for Ireland) in person. D.C. participants’ first payment is for $450.
Option 4: * You may pay by check or cash for the entire trip or by payments. This option will bypass PayPal and all payments would go directly to Beyond The Classroom P.O. Box 18212 Golden, Colorado 80402. All checks must be made out to Beyond The Classroom. Also, please write your student's name and school on the check as well as which trip. $150 deposit is required in addition to all the signed documents that you must print out and mail, before the applicant can be accepted.
Option 5: *** (Subject to availability) Must call BTC to use this option. You may pay part per credit card over the phone and part by check at anytime. Minimum payments and due dates must at least be met each month up to final payment deadline. Using this option subjects user to a $100 financing fee. D.C. participants deposit of $150 and first payment of $450.
Important: By submitting your application you will be acknowledging the agreement and understanding of all the necessary documents required by BTC and this document. You must designate only ONE of the above Options for your payment for each trip for which you have signed up.
Please note that any funds non-refundable to BTC are non-refundable to you.
*All checks are subject to BTC’s late or returned checks policies: $25 late fee per payment, over 5 days late subjects participant to removal from trip and forfeiture of all payments to date. Returned checks subject to $25 fee.
** Credit card payments that are denied or cancelled are subject to late fees and cancellation policies as outlined in BTC documents.
*** Options 2,4 and 5 are the only choices for participants signing up after Oct. 20, 2008
